Chocolate Chip Cookies

One of the best thing that I remember about walking around at the malls in Jakarta is the smell of chocolate chips cookies -- mostly from Famous Amos. They are just heavenly since they are freshly bake for the day.

So it is to no surprise to anybody who knows me that I would look for a good chocolate cookies recipe. Well, I think my search is finished!

My brother used to have chocolate cookies in his room during his high school and college years. He would take homemade cookies made by his friend's mom to Chip Ahoy from the grocery stores. So that's where he got his nickname "cookie monster". When your "cookie monster" brother would pay you to make these cookies I think I found one recipe that is a keeper.
